Photos are optional. Until a photo is uploaded, the site shows a YAMAN-styled placeholder. When you add a photo in Pages CMS, it is uploaded to assets/uploads/rental/ and appears automatically on the rental page.
Rental intro text and contact email can be changed under Pages CMS → Site settings.
